The Site Vision
Purva Kudlu Gate Master Plan
The master plan for Purva Kudlu Gate is a study in restraint: 1.7 acres, a single tower, and a deliberate commitment to keeping 76% of the site as open, landscaped space. By building vertically to approximately 20 floors, the design frees up nearly the entire ground plane for gardens, leisure zones, and the podium amenity deck.
The tower rises on 3 basement levels of parking plus a ground-floor podium that hosts the clubhouse and signature amenities. Only then do the ~20 residential floors begin - elevated above the street, buffered from Hosur Road noise, and oriented to capture long-range views across the South Bengaluru corridor. - Single ~20-floor tower - The whole community shares one core, creating a single-address enclave feel rather than a scattered township.
- Elevated podium design - Tower base sits above street level, buffering noise and delivering unobstructed views from every floor.
- 4 lifts for the 145-home tower - High lift-to-unit ratio keeps peak-morning wait times materially shorter than the Bengaluru high-rise norm.
- Central-core layout - Eight units per floor arranged around a central service core means every apartment faces an external side.
